Lowe, hit by a series of account losses, is considering a restructure of its senior management, which is expected to result in John Lowery, its deputy chairman, leaving the agency.
At the same time Paul Edwards, the group chief executive who oversees Lowe's five subsidiary operations, is set to become more involved with the running of the London ad agency.
