Compass to buy Italy's Onama.

U.K. contract caterer Compass Group plc Friday, Sept. 27, took the leading position in the Italian market through the [Euro]127 million ($124.1 million) acquisition of a majority stake in Onama SpA. Compass has agreed to buy 60% of Italy’s largest contract caterer, whose 600 facilities generated last year of [Euro]446 million. Net debt at year-end was [Euro]42 million.
