It's fair comment that Post Script is often preoccupied with either the joy of footie or the delights of food. Well, this week we're looking at a different sort of gourmet sport.

The most popular 'how to' guide has just been re-released in time for its 30th birthday. It can be found lying around on a liberated coffee table near you.

The new, updated Joy Of Sex has not a bangle or beard in sight. But the original dribble-inducing text remains intact, with gems of advice such as: 'Keep the nail of your big toe short.'
