INTRODUCTION
'Outstanding' is the word that most describes all of the companies - and individuals - that appear in this shortlist. They have all shown something extra-special to elevate themselves above the rest of the entrants. During the judging, which took place over four days, our panel scrutinised approaching 1,000 pieces of print and read accounts of the amazing efforts made in the pursuit of satisfied customers.
Thanks are due to our judges and to all who entered - better luck next time if you didn't make the list this time around. The winners will be revealed in just under a month's time on 21 October at the industry's biggest night of the year. ...
