Scotprint, the biannual Glasgow show has been postponed until next October.
Organiser Trade Events decided to postpone the show, which was due to take place on 20-21 November at Glasgow's SECC.
'We could have run it but it would have been a disappointment to visitors and exhibitors,' said organiser Gary Swinford.
Of the 35 exhibitors at the last show in 2000 he claimed 20 had agreed to exhibit at this year's show. He put the problem down to potential exhibitors having already spent this year's marketing budget on Ipex.
'It's disappointing,' said Litho Supplies joint managing director Gerry Mulvaney. 'I was very pleased with the resurrection Gary carried out on Scotprint. But there's no point running it if it's not going to be a success.'
