Fareed Zakaria's Aug. 12 column advising President Bush to build support for a war with Iraq drew loud protests. One reader called the counsel "a blueprint for disaster." Another advised, "Listen to the world." A third wrote, the Bushes "stay the hand when the iron is hot, and strike when it's cold."
