Austin firm buys Aussie firm
Continuum Co. Inc., an Austin-based firm specializing in computer consulting for insurance and other financial services companies, has acquired 99.8 percent of the outstanding shares of Computations Holdings Ltd., a rival company based in Sydney, Australia.
In consideration for the Computations stock, Continuum issued 1.7 million shares of common stock. About 3,030 Continuum shares will be issued for the remainder of Computations' outstanding ordinary shares.
