A video telecommunications manufacturer in Austin is relocating to bigger space in an expansion that anticipates increased sales and production for the remainder of 1990 and 1991.
VideoTelecom Corp., a privately held communications company that manufactures and markets videoconferencing and other communications products, will officially open its new headquarters Oct. 22.
