For Steve 'two holidays' Booth, the BLM Group's chief executive, the holiday plans hit the buffers in spectacular fashion due to a run of unforeseen passport problems. Relishing some quality time with the family, Booth had decided on a jaunt to Florida with his four children - giving his wife some time at home to relax.
But upon arriving at Heathrow, the hapless Booth discovered that he'd accidentally picked up his wife's passport instead of his youngest son's.
Despite Mrs Booth's valiant efforts to hurtle frantically across town with the right document, Booth missed the flight ...
