Tecnograv Group has completed the restructuring of its board following its acquisition of Tronic Gravure (PrintWeek, 19 July).
Chris Watson is to remain as chairman of the gravure pre-press group, but managing director Ian Hewson has become group commercial director in light of his plans to retire in 'due course'.
