The second Clark County School District teacher arrested on sex-related charges since school began last week is accused of having a months-long sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.
Shane Matthew Kober, a health teacher at the district's top-performing Advanced Technologies Academy, was booked Tuesday into the Clark County Detention Center on 10 counts of sexual conduct between a school employee and a student, police said. A health teacher's responsibilities typically include sex education.
