Montoya, 26, extended his contract and stays with Williams until the end of 2004, as will Schumacher, whose contract extension was confirmed earlier this year. Williams leads the race for the runner-up spot in the constructors' championship, while Montoya and Schumacher are tied for third in drivers' points.
