Ukrainian pipeline monopoly Ukrtransnafta held talks last week with Russian oil firms Yukos and Tyumen Oil (TNK) about the construction of a rail terminal at the new Pivdenne oil terminal, 40km northeast of Odessa on the Black Sea.
