Crisis makes new wells gushers
The crisis in the Persian Gulf has created an unanticipated benefit for some oil and gas wells south of San Antonio. After Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, three wells brought in last week in the Pearsall field will be among the first new wells allowed to produce at full capacity.
