Ok, it's true: Ibiza is a global party mecca for 20-year-oldravers. But grown-ups can have fun there, too. Tour an eighth-century Moorish castle in the morning, swim and lunch on paella at a salt-white beach, stroll through thick pine forests to the peak of Sa Talaiassa and savor (after 10 p.m., please) Catalan haute cuisine amid olive and lemon trees.
