Tops Markets plans Hamburg superstore
Tops Markets Inc. expects to build an 84,000-square-foot superstore in Hamburg next year.
The store will be located on South Park Avenue, just south of Hamburg Town Hall. An abandoned shopping plaza that once featured a Brand Names Sales Inc. outlet will be demolished to make room for the superstore.
The project was confirmed by Thomas Shanahan, Tops Markets senior vice president and general counsel. He said construction will begin no earlier than next spring.
