Sharing Diabetes Information Helps Couples Handle Problems

If you don't share everything with your spouse, you are not alone. Many diabetics, both newly diagnosed and longterm, find it difficult to tell their husbands or wives all the facts (and feelings) about their disease.

Sharing information about diabetes with your spouse may be difficult for several reasons. You may not want to burden your spouse, or frighten him.
