In identical letters dated April 16, 2002, to Representative Henry A. Waxman (D-Calif.) and Senator Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Thomas A. Scully stated that CMS would post nursing home complaint data on its Nursing Home Compare Web site sometime during May 2002.
