Dome subcontractor slapped by engineer board
A minority contractor working on the city's downtown domed stadium was investigated and reprimanded by the state board of engineers last year. Despite the board's ruling that the engineer's conduct was a "discredit" to his profession, his firm will retain its contract, officials said.
