They say it's not worth crying over certain spilled liquids. Oil, however, isn't one of them. When nearly 240,000 gallons of fuel were dumped near the Galapagos archipelago in January 2001, international ecologists condemned Ecuador's management of the protected islands, calling for international support in keeping the famous Galapagos habitat out of harm's way.
