In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. Allamah Sayyid Muhammad Husayn Fadlallah, who because of his presence in the region of Lebanon and Syria - which is the communication heartland of the Arab world - is both a distinguished and well-recognized scholar and also has a correct and deep understanding of the Arab world, has described the bitter realities of ruling circles in the Arab World, and exposed them, in a concise sentence: "The Arab statesmen are little soldiers at the service of the American government for suppressing their own people."
