With its ninth volume, Beethoven Forum has moved to a new publisher, the University of Illinois Press, and appears in a new format as a semiannual journal, Spring and Fall. In making these changes, we are pleased to offer a more timely forum for Beethoven scholarship.

Scholarly work on Beethoven has been extraordinarily diverse in recent decades, and Beethoven Forum will continue to publish the best the field has to offer, from source studies to critical analysis to cultural contexts and beyond.
