Then switch feet. This move will stimulate the reflex area linked to the uterus, relaxing your whole pelvic region and boosting your sex drive.

Many women hold their breath as they build to climax, which can slow down or prevent orgasm. So focus on keeping your breath flowing during the act, says Angela Jones, an NYC personal trainer and partner of Spa Go Massage. "Visualize reaching in and out using your whole body, not just your lungs." Don't allow yourself to stop between your inhale and exhale--instead, think of your breath as a constantly moving pendulum, keeping it long, strong, and consistent.
