2002 JUN 5 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- The Hepatitis B Foundation presented its prestigious Founders' Award to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Mark Kane, director, the Children's Vaccine Program, at its annual Crystal Ball on April 27th. The joint award recognizes their outstanding contributions towards eradicating hepatitis B worldwide. The Hepatitis B Foundation's Crystal Ball will be held at the Doylestown Country Club in Doylestown, Pa.
