Hardly anyone left Richmond happy except maybe Pontiac Excitement 400 winner Tony Stewart and Richmond's price-gouging neighbors who wrung a second (third, fourth?) day of parking fees when the race was rained out Saturday night and moved to Sunday afternoon.
