Fuzhou, 28 March: The Ninth Fujian Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee appointed Liu Dezhang and Chen Yun as vice-governors of the Fujian Provincial Government, and removed Zhu Yayan from the post of Fujian provincial government vice-governor at a meeting today.
