THE BABE WITH BLINDING SHINE: Rose McGowan

"To keep Rose's hair shiny, I avoid using heavy sprays, since they give a matte effect, and instead opt for styling drops, which make her hair glisten without weighing it down," says Charmed stylist Laurel Kelly.
