The parliamentary Committee for Nature and Environmental Protection held a meeting yesterday, chaired by the committee head, Khudoybergan Jumabekov. The deputies discussed and endorsed the agenda of the 8th session of the Uzbek parliament [scheduled for 4 April].

The meeting also considered the report about the work of the State Nature Protection Committee of Uzbekistan in 2000-2001.
