Seoul, 12 March: The Supreme Court overturned Tuesday [12 March] a lower court ruling that had found Gyeonggi Governor Lim Chang-yuel innocent of graft and remanded the case to the Seoul High Court.

Lim could lose his post even if re-elected in local elections in June if the Seoul court fines him or sentences him to prison time, as campaign law bars a convicted criminal from taking office.
