Kuwaitis blast US in support of Palestinians.
KUWAIT : Kuwaitis took to the streets on Saturday to support Palestinians facing a new Israeli offensive, but there were also rare chants against the United States, the Gulf state's key political and military ally.
"No God but Allah, America enemy of Allah," was repeatedly chanted by some of the 4,000 demonstrators who gathered for the rally, led by parliament's speaker and ministers. "Muslims, Muslims unite...Death to Israel, Death to America".
"America and Zionism are against the Muslim nation," were among the chants that roared in Flag Square where annual state ceremonies are held to mark the 1991 Gulf War in which a US-led coalition drove Iraqi forces …
