Chadian president says exiled Gen Bozize not a threat to CAR regime.

Chadian President Idriss Deby has said that the former Central Africa Republic army chief of staff, Gen Francois Bozize, currently exiled in Chad, is "no danger" to the CAR regime. Deby also urged CAR President Ange-Felix Patasse to put to an end the "killing of Chadians" and the "plundering" of their property both at the border and inside the CAR. The following is the text of Deby's interview broadcast by Radio France Internationale on 13 March; subheadings inserted editorially:
