King: Country still attractive destination for investors.

MALAYSIA remains an attractive foreign investment destination despite facing competition from other developing countries, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Syed Putra Jamalullail said.

In view of this, he said the Government is taking measures to remain as an attractive destination for foreign investors.

"In our effort to maintain and attract investment, measures are being taken to strengthen the nation's competitive edge and production capabilities," the King said in his Royal address at the opening of the fourth session of the 10th Parliament yesterday.
