Deputation period of 9 brigadiers with Water and Power Development Authority extended.

ISLAMABAD : The government has extended the deputation period of nine serving brigadiers, seven of them deputed for Distribution Companies (Discos) of Wapda, and two working in Wapda House, Lahore, sources in Wapda at Lahore told Business Recorder here on Friday.

Sources said that Wapda Chairman Lieutenant General Zulfiqar Ali Khan was constantly pursuing the case with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Chief Executive Secretariat.
