[Tomic] Do these agreements bring Macedonia and Bulgaria closer to the European Union?

[Petkanov in Bulgarian with superimposed translation into Macedonian] We have signed two agreements. The first agreement deals with cooperation in the fight against organized crime, such as terrorism, the narcotics trade, and so on.
