Banja Luka, 26 February: The Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) of the [Bosnian] Serb Republic (RS) today stated that it would accept only those solutions of constitutional changes adopted in a regulated democratic procedure which ensure a concept of protection of human rights through a just representation of all three nations and those of other citizens of the Serb Republic and all of Bosnia-Hercegovina in all government institutions on the basis of election results.
