CEBU CITY - ECR Philippines, the nationwide movement that promotes efficient consumer response (ECR) best practices, is actively campaigning for membership from the provinces.
Vicente C. Dinglasan, co-chairman for the distribution and retail sector of ECR Philippines, said he has been going around the country to promote ECR and invite manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors and service providers to join their movement.
