HAGONOY, Bulacan-Sen. Blas Ople expressed dissatisfaction with the slow progress of police investigation into the murder of his son-in-law last Jan. 23 in Legazpi City.

Ople said a week after the murder of his son-in-law, businessman Arthur Meliton San Jose, 47, investigators have yet to establish the motive.

San Jose's body was found inside the toilet of Room 413 of the Magayon Hotel in Legazpi where the victim was staying. His body bore bullet wounds.
