Taipei, Jan. 25, 2002 (CENS)--Top executives of local business and industrial associations will sign a self-discipline declaration on the protection of intellectual property rights (IPRs) at the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), a ranking MOEA official said yesterday
