[Announcer] The Turkish government supports the Bulgarian position on the Upper Arda and Maritsa motorway projects. This became clear after the signing of the protocol at the end of the session of the Bulgarian-Turkish Join Intergovernmental Commission. Deputy Prime Minister Kostadin Paskalev had this to say about the event:

[Paskalev] The Bulgarian government received the support of the Turkish delegation for its clear position on the economic analysis of each one of the projects and the proof of their economic feasibility, as well as on the solution to the outstanding issues, which should be based on Bulgarian …
