* Many of you recently sent E-mails to Cosmo raving about our choice of Britney Spears as Fun Fearless Female of the Year and February cover girl. But I have to be honest: There were also some who complained. You said that she was too young or too fake. But having met Britney at the luncheon we gave in her honor at The Four Seasons in New York City, I must report that she's actually totally winning: down-to-earth and charming, with great Southern manners. And she's even prettier in person than in her videos, I think in part because up close you get to see her flawless complexion. Her look, by the way, was very elegant that day, part of the shift in her image away from teen princess.
