It is with great pleasure that I take over the position of editor for the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Formerly the Australian Journal of Hospitality Management, the Journal enjoyed eight years of successful publication guided by the very able hand of Paul Morrison. On behalf of the new editorial board, I would like to extend thanks to Paul Morrison and Associate Editors, Hein Ruys and Janelle McPhail for the professional manner in which the Journal has been produced to this point.
