PTXI raises $6.7M in venture capital
PTXI, an Irving-based company that specializes in integrating computer systems, has raised $6.7 million in venture capital to fund a national expansion program.
"We want to increase our presence across the United States by moving into cities we're not in today," said Bryan Holley, PTXI vice president of corporate development. "We're also interested in potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in a similar business with complementary products and services."
Holley declined to name potential acquisition targets.
