For CART, the month of March ended with a curious exchange of lawsuits between the sanctioning body and former CEO Joseph Heitzler- a legal skirmish that's bound to get ugly before it is settled. Nearly four months after an angry board of directors sent Heitzler packing, the only thing certain was that ``Jargon Joe'' is still making things messy around the CART office.
