Mark Mylod, the director of Cold Feet and The Royle Family, has signed to Tomboy Films.

Mylod, who began directing in 1996, has worked with some of the UK's best comedy talent. He also has a strong commercials reel, with credits including spots for First Direct, the Meat & Livestock Commission, Strongbow, Thomson Holidays, Ryvita and Hellmann's Mayonnaise.

His most recent work has been the First Direct commercials ...
