The lager brand launches an illuminated six-sheet poster campaign through McCann-Erickson this week that continues the agency's attempt to reposition the beer as a mainstream drink for bars and clubs.
McCann's youth division, Magic Hat, was appointed last year with a brief to move Cobra away from its positioning as a laddish accompaniment to late night curries. Magic Hat initially continued with tube cards, yet replaced Dave with lifestyle-focused "Lessons in Lager" executions.
