Printpack supports diversity with stake in minority venture.(Brief Article)
Privately-held flexible packaging producer Printpack, Atlanta, GA, which recently hit the $lbn mark in sales, and Woodrow A. Hall have jointly formed Diversapack, a new minority business venture to be headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Hall will hold a 51% share in the company, while Printpack will hold 49%. Diversapack will own and operate plants in Marengo, IL; Orland, IN; and Cincinnati, OH.
