ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Customer satisfaction with the quality of fast-food service and products rose during the final quarter of 200l for the first time in more than a year, according to a survey co-produced by the UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN BUSINESS SCHOOL that ranked various segments in U.S. retail, finance and e-commerce sectors. The QSR average score was 71 out of a possible 100 points in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, produced by the university, the AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR QUALITY and CFI GROUP. …
