The Sun continues its advertising blitz on London next week with a 2 million [pound sterling] TV, poster and bus-side campaign.

The ads, through TBWA\ London, continue the "we love it" strapline established in TV ads for page three and print work around the capital last year. On this occasion, the drive is spearheaded by a series of ten ten-second TV spots showing The Sun at the centre of London life.

The ads show very different citizens engrossed in their favourite read -- sometimes with unintended results. One shows a man, absorbed in the paper, staying at the pub for another pint and so condemning his dinner to the dog's bowl. Another shows a young mother reading away on the sofa while her toddler paints her face with purple lipstick.

More comforting moments include a father reading in his warm car as his young son ...
