SWITZERLAND and Malaysia have enjoyed a good bilateral trade relationship due to the latter's sound economic policy and political stability.

Swiss ambassador to Malaysia Rudolf Staub believes strongly that it will remain that way.

"The economic success, in spite of the crisis, is very impressive," he said.

He was talking to reporters at the officiating ceremony of SiberHegner Asia-Pacific in Kuala Lumpur recently.

Switzerland is the major western european country to trade with Malaysia.
