KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 (Bernama) -- Tin price on the Kuala Lumpur Tin Market (KLTM) is expected to be steadier next week amidst fair trading as traders will return to the market gradually, a dealer said.

"There will be not much buying, especially from Europe as many of the buyers are in holiday mood," he said.

Nevertheless, compared with the previous week, he said that the market would improve.

The dealer projected that local tin price would be traded at the US$3,900 per tonne level next week.

For the week just ended, tin price closed lower and was largely affected by the long holidays where many offices and factories overseas were closed due …
